OIU Cancellation & Refund Policy


All the purchases of One in the Universe (OIU) Products made on this website are subject to the below cancellation and refund terms at the sole discretion of OIU.


A. Cancellation -


An order can be cancelled within 3 days of the date of order. After the expiry of this period, we cannot accept any cancellations.


B. Returns-


We are sure our OIU products will delight you. However, in case of damage to OIU Products, you can follow the below process-


1. In case, you find shipping damage or a manufacturing defect after you receive the package we will replace the product you need to provide us-

a.An unboxing video of the product with damage

b.Send a replacement request with the video on feedback@oneintheuniverse.in within 7 days of receipt of the Product


2. Once we receive the email, we will inspect and send confirmation of acceptance of return within 7 days at the sole discretion of OIU.


3. Once you receive an email for confirmation of replacement, please send the product along with original packaging and labels below address-

4. The cost for return shipping of OIU product will be paid by you, and shall be reimbursed by OIU. Please email us the shipping docket number and scanned copy of the receipt once you send the product.


5. Once we receive the Product, we will send replaced Product within 7 days of receipt of the damaged Product at our address.


6. In case of loss of product during the return shipment from you to OIU, we will not be liable to make any replacement.


7. Orders shipped to destinations out of India (international shipments) are not eligible for replacement.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by contacting us on feedbackattherateofoneintheuniversedotin and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
