In Ayurveda, oily skin is linked to Kapha, the elements of earth and water. It loves clay, coolness and a light touch. This ritual cleans deep twice a week and keeps moisture light.

INSIDE THE RITUAL

Multani Mitti Lepa, 100 g
Fuller's earth face pack, twice a week.

Chandana Lepa, 100 g
Cooling sandalwood face pack, once a week.

Gulab Jal, 110 ml
Rose water mist, every morning and after every pack.

Kumari Kesar Gel, 110 g
Aloe vera and saffron gel. Light moisture in place of a heavy cream.

YOUR RITUAL

Morning: cleanse, mist Gulab Jal, then a light layer of Kumari Kesar Gel.

Twice a week: mix two spoons of Multani Mitti Lepa with Gulab Jal. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse.

Once a week: use Chandana Lepa in place of one Multani Mitti day. Keep face packs to three times a week in total.

GOOD TO KNOW

For external use. Do a patch test on your inner arm 24 hours before first use. Keep away from the eyes. Store in a cool, dark place.
